If you are looking for a Tucson Conference Photographer, you’ve come to the right place. We cover everything including conventions, expos, summits, meetings or any other type of corporate event. Some of the most popular venues in town are Starr Pass, Westin La Paloma, Ventana Canyon, Westward Look, Casino Del Sol Resort Conference Center and the Tucson Convention Center. We work as an event photographer at all these locations regularly and know them well. With our candid style, we capture everything that happens without being intrusive.
We will gladly follow a shot list to make sure we capture everything you need on camera. Photos of speakers, staff, signage, registration, expo vendors, break out sessions, guests networking, poster sessions, networking events, award ceremonies, group panels and room photos are all commonly photographed. We usually wear all black, business casual clothing to blend in with the staff and to give a professional look. If you are planning a more casual event (such as western or sports), please let us know!
What do you charge?
One thing everyone deals with is a strict budget. We have very competitive rates and try to work with corporate budgets as much as we can. When you fill out our contact form for an estimate, please indicate the hours needed each day, locations, what kind of photos you need and what your budget is. We have an hourly rate, day rate and multi-day rate, but can be flexible. A 50% deposit to hold the dates is required with the remaining balance due when the final images are delivered. We travel with clients each year as they go to different cities. This is because of the trust we build with them, awesome images we deliver and because we can stay within their budget.
How soon can I get the photos?
All images are uploaded to a computer throughout the day for immediate use. You can use them for things like social media and newsletters. All the final edited photos will be delivered electronically. Turn around around time is very quick at only 1-2 days of the end of the event. Working for over 11 years experience as a Tucson Conference Photographer, I know everyone’s needs are different and I am very flexible. Multiple photographers are available if you have multiple events going on at once at different locations. We also have an add-on option to have headshots taken for staff, speakers or guests. We also have a very talented videographer that works with us we can add to your package.
