Giselle was looking for someone who specialized in maternity photography and found my website with my photojournalism style images. She is about 7 months along in her pregnancy with a baby boy and wanted me to capture this exciting moment in her life along with her family portraits. They originally hired another photographer who became unavailable at the last minute, so they were referred to me by a family friend. We decided against the traditional studio images and went with the natural scenery. With the maternity photos happening in the morning, we wanted to seek shade as much as possible. We took all the portraits at the beautiful Westin La Paloma Resort in Tucson, not far from where they live. I’m happy with how these turn out and that they can use these not only as maternity photos, but as holiday portrait photos as well. I look forward to my next session with her newborn!
