Kathy and Nate had their wedding at the Stillwell House in Tucson on Sunday. It rained in parts of town earlier in the day, but skies cleared up before their outdoor ceremony in the courtyard began. Family and friends came from all over the country for this one. Kathy and Nate have been together for over 7 years and were glad to finally tie the knot. Having a wedding at the Stillwell House in Tucson is great for out of town visitors as it is located in Downtown Tucson. With some historic buildings nearby and some very awesome wall murals, you can get some unique photos at this venue you wouldn’t get anywhere else. What really takes your breath away at this venue is the dramatic bride entrance to the wedding ceremony. Double gates are opened to reveal the bride after the entire wedding party comes through a smaller gate. Depending on the weather and time of year, you can also select to have your reception indoors at the house or have the outdoor space transformed and have dinner outside before entering the cantina for dancing. Being a hot summer day and unsure about more possible rain, Kathy and Nate decided to have the dinner inside. Either way, the photos will look great.
